| Chef Scott Bradley
Scott’s passion for food first occurred when he registered for a culinary course at the New York Technology School. He graduated with honors in 1993, which paved his way to many of the top kitchens on Long Island and New York City.
Scott Bradley, Chef & Owner of Snaps restaurant in Wantagh was once the Executive Chef of Passion Fish in Woodbury, Mirepoix in Glen Head and La Coquille in Manhasset. Other restaurants include Blake’s Bistro in Woodmere, Tupelo Honey in Seacliff, Bruzells in Great Neck and Barneys in Locust Valley.
Scott didn’t stop there…… He found himself working in Manhattan at Oceana, Daniel, Aurole, The River Café, One if by Land, Two if by Sea and the Park Avenue Café.
For many years it had been Scott’s dream to own his own restaurant, taking many of his skills and incorporating them into an innovated Asian inspired menu.
Today, you can appreciate his vision and passion for the extraordinary casual cuisine produced at Snaps Restaurant in Wantagh! A sample of some of the mouthwatering dishes include: Warm Lobster Sandwich, served with an egg, truffle oil and chicken glaze. Another one of his creations is a Porcini Dusted Pork, red wine reduction, served with a truffled ‘mac and cheese’or perhaps a Ahi Tuna with a puntenesca sauce, basil gnocchi and a petite Caesar salad. To finish, try the Campfire S’mores or the Chocolate Molten Cake with vanilla ice cream and peanut butter sauce, just to mention a few.
Scott and wife Patty Bradley welcome you to experience some of their culinary delights.
